Not loving it? No hard feelings. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Email us at hi@mokokostore.com and we'll take care of the rest.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Australian orders arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders take 10–21 days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Australia: free over $100, otherwise $9.95.
International: free over $250, otherwise $14.95 - 24.95.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That's not okay with us. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hi@mokokostore.com with a photo within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll make it right immediately.
